mom dukes gave me a call this morning...but not to fuss to tell me about some connects she had for me...(yes my mother even wants me to blow in between the fussin)...but i remember back in the day...(when i was in HS and mad wack) there was this kid she wanted me to learn from...but me being the little shit i was i didn't know homie...nor did i want...i was too busy with my "girlfriend" at the time...God...what a waste of four years of my life...and he ain't wanna get up with me either...fast forward...he's now one half of the Inkredibles....if you don't know who they are...they produced joints for Ace Hood ft. Trey Songz "Ride"...Rick Ross "Mafia Music" and a bunch of shit off his new cd...DJ Khaled...the list goes on...but moms setting up a meeting for us to talk...im not going in on some groupie i wanna be signed shit...i just wanna go talk to them and see what it takes to be where they are na'mean? Bout to hit Gabe up for some drums or samples or something...this music block is still in effect people...i know David Banner was like he had one for a year...i can't go a year without cookin up something...not to say im not making shit...cuz im pumping out beats for other people but even those aren't where i want them to be...but they be like "man that shit hot"...so i give it out...whatever...an interesting convo last night just gave me fuel to do better...like i wanna get money...get on...just to show them that i can...
