so yesterday Wiz Khalifa did what nobody expected...become number 1 on itunes....beating out 50, Wale, and Jay-Z just to name a few...who saw that coming? Not me thats for damn sure...with no deal....no label...he proved that you can do what what these majors are doing nowadays...so who needs a deal again? At this point do you even want one? 10 years ago i dreamed of sending my first demo to Def Jam or Rocafella...but now...Duckdown is looking real good...funny how times change...
